Girlfriend is becoming more annoying? What to do?

Lately, she becomes more & more annoying. I love her & and all. But she just doesn't shut up, she talks about other guys alot which makes me pissed. & then theirs time's when she just don't shut her yap. & I can be really happy, then when I see her. My mood changes just like that; into a sad annoyed feeling.
