Were the police justified in removing that fat, disrespectful woman from the train?

She was in a "quiet car" on Amtrak and yapped on her cell phone for the entire time. She was finally confronted by a passenger and became even more belligerent. Was this a racial issue or was it perfectly normal and routine for the police to have taken action?
